I’m Sophie and I’m an Administrative Assistant at Circe Law.
How have your first few weeks been?
My first few weeks have been really good, the team have been amazing at supporting me, showing me how to learn everything, and I’m so happy that I can be in such an amazing team.
How are you feeling about being back here after your work experience in June?
I’m really excited to be back after my work experience in June. I’m very excited to be given the opportunity to come back and join the team, as I had so much fun learning all the different areas of law and how Private Client law operates. I’m excited to start my journey here and continue to learn.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
If I could master one skill, I think I would be an amazing singer so that my car drives to and from work actually sounded good when I’m blasting Taylor Swift on the radio.
What is your go-to karaoke song?
Go-to karaoke song… ‘Love Story’ by Taylor Swift. Every time.
What would your ideal work day look like?
An ideal work day would involve lots of Client phone calls where I’m able to help them out and achieve the best outcome for them. And a good lunch.
What is one thing you want people to know about you?
One thing I’d love people to know about me… my obsession with dogs, which I feel like everyone in the office is slowly learning about. Elizabeth has a little calendar with one dog each day, and I want one so bad for next year.
What is your favourite thing about Circe Law?
I think my favourite thing about Circe is honestly the team that I work in. Everyone’s been so welcoming and supportive to me, when I was so nervous coming in, never having worked in a law firm before. It was nice coming into an environment where everyone was so supportive with answering all my questions. I felt really able to approach anyone in the team with any queries I had, or worries, and everyone’s encouraged me to learn lots as I’ve started and developed.
